Want to know what is the best butt exercise to get that sexy tight firm butt? I don't think I know one single woman that doesn't want to achieve a tighter firmer butt.

Well, the answer to your quest for the best butt exercise is not in some fancy machine or butt blaster. In fact, most of your best butt exercises are simply done with bodyweight or free weights. I'll cover one of the most effective exercises for tightening the old buttocks in this article.

It's called the single-legged Romanian Deadlift. It's a great exercise for firming both the butt and the back of the thighs. Also, because this is a single-legged exercise, it really helps strengthen your ankles and other stabilizer muscles throughout your legs. Here's how to do it:

1. Looking straight ahead, stand and balance on one leg, and kick the other leg out slightly behind you.

2. Maintain a very slight bend in the knee throughout this exercise.

3. Now start to bend forward while simultaneously pushing the butt and hips back and keeping a flat (not rounded) back.

4. While bending over and pushing the hips back, kick your other leg out behind you and reach down with your hands towards the toe of your foot that's planted on the ground and try to touch it. You should feel a stretch in the hamstrings as you get to the deepest part where your back is parallel to the floor.

5. Then, focus on squeezing the butt muscle hard while you reverse the movement and bring yourself back to upright (all the while maintaining that flat back)

Alright, that was one rep! Now do 5-10 reps with each leg for 2-3 sets mixing this exercise into one of your normal workouts (or even just try this at home in your living room). At the end of a couple sets, I guarantee you'll be feeling this big-time in your buttocks and the back of your thighs!

I know it may sound a little complicated, and the first time you try this butt exercise, you may really need to concentrate on your balance. But after a couple sessions of practicing these one-legged romanian deadlifts, you'll start to get the hang of them and be able to focus more concentration on keeping the butt tight throughout the range of motion.

Once you get this down and practice this killer butt and thigh exercise regularly, you'll be well on your way to showing off a tighter, sexier butt!

By now i believe everyone on the planet already familiar using the computer and the internet. But somehow, some of us are still lack of few knowledge which i think is a must know by now. Here is my list that i can think of during my lazy hour right now. I know there are a lot that i miss..

1. Anti Virus + Firewall

Anti virus is a must to any computer! I'd say firewall too. Although technology in internet security software has gain so does the people who create the virus and hackers. It's just sad that some of us still being ignorant and let their PC on without a Anti virus and firewall.

2. Torrent

Haha..this is my favorite. Torrent is a beautiful thing happen in files sharing on the internet. You can get almost everything thru torrent. The network is huge and all you have to do is to be patience cos sometimes the download speed a bit slow. What i did, just download before i went to bed or go somewhere else.

3. Internet TV/Online Streaming

This is great too. Sometime a football match i want to watch is not available Live on my TV network. Just google for the live streaming and you will find it. Not just that, we can watch our favorite TV series online too. Prison break, weeds, smallville and many more are available online. Even better, you just buy the internet TV package and it doesn't cost you a monthly charge.

4. Scam and Spam Email

I am surprise that somebody still fall for this. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE YOU DON'T KNOW WHO ASKING FOR YOUR MONEY! It's just that simple. And watch out any links in the email that claim to be from your bank and ask for your password.Example, yourbank.com could be written as youbank.com and you didn't notice it because you read it too fast.

5. Go LCD!

Still using the CRT hah? Well, it's time to change. Really. The LCD price is way too cheap for you to ignore it.

6. Back Up

It sounds not so important until one day your pc just crash for no reason. Have a partition for your data. What i did was install 2 OS. It really helps.Why? If my main OS crash, i need to find a reason why and the source of that could be found on the internet. So i just login into another OS, so i get the internet access and also access to my files.

7. Adware/Pop-ups/Tricky free stuff

Beware what you click. Many of us are still easy being lured into clicking something catchy on a website. Just because it says free doesn't mean it is safe. It might trying to install something into your computer before you can get the free stuff/games offered to you.

8. Vista is no goooood

Yeap..Vista is no goooooooood. It's true..right? :P

9. Mozilla Firefox is better than IE.

Agree? You have to! :P

10. There is Intel, and There is AMD!

Believe it or not, still, some people just don't know the existence of AMD. All they know is Pentium processor. It has been branded in their mind. Come on, give AMD some credit. They didn't advertise enough to poison your mind to keep their processor cheap. haha..i guess...

You went to a so called very professional salon to wash/cut your hair and guess what..they only use the cheap shampoo that comes in a big bottle. Very big profit margin for them. He is a professional con man and still free doing his con job out there! Just google his name and you will find out how he managed to con a company called Twinstar Network for almost RM35 million. His modus operandi was trading in much cheaper prepaid cards, electronics goods by using the terms "pay cash first and the goods will be delivered in 1 or 2 weeks later". He also collected money for investment in some sort of business and like any other scam we heard before, he promise a certain percentage of return. And one day...he just vanished from the scene. In an attempt to clarify the ins and outs, and the myths and realities of paid online surveys, I've composed a series of questions and answers to help you sort everything out. We'll start with the basics and then get into the nitty gritty.

Question: Is this for real? Why would someone pay me to take online surveys?

Answer: Yes, this is for real. There are literally hundreds of legitimate market research companies out there who offer incentives for your opinion. Companies have come to these firms to get public opinions on their products or services and are willing to pay them to find out what you think. They then pass some of that payment onto you.

Question: What are the surveys about?

Answer: Just about anything that you can think of. You may be asked to review a movie trailer for a new movie, what kind of peanut butter you like, what restaurants you frequent, you name it. From barbeque grills to medical questions to appliances to what you had for dinner last night. There are sites for specific age groups, professions, hobbies and interests. The surveys are generally very interesting and these companies are looking for your opinion on how to shape their products. 

Question: How does it work?

Answer: Each company works a bit differently, but here are the basics of online surveys. You will sign-up for a paid survey site. You will enter some basic demographic information (age, gender, etc…), and when they have a survey available in which they are looking for someone who fits your profile, they will send you an invitation to take a survey. The invitation will usually contain a link directly to the survey and the incentive they are offering for you to take the survey. Just click on the link and take the survey to qualify for the reward.

What kinds of incentives are offered?

Answer: The incentives vary for each site, but generally the incentives take the following forms: cash, gift certificates (Amazon gift certificates being the most popular), merchandise (DVDs, small appliances, electronic gadgets, cookware, etc…), and charity donations. Each survey site will offer one or several of the above incentives for your participation in their surveys. Some will offer these straight out, for example "get paid $5.00 to take this survey", some offer these in the form of a drawing and others have a point system in which accumulated points can be "cashed in" for the items above.

Question: Will you get spammed by signing up for paid survey sites?

Answer: No, but you do have to be careful. There are some sites out there that are simply advertising firms posing as paid online survey sites. Here's my advise on how to tell the difference. First, if they offer you a chance at a fantastic prize for signing up, such as a car or a boat, I would be a bit weary and do some more research before you sign-up. Second, if the survey to sign-up for the site consists of a lot of questions as to whether or not you want more information on other products, walk away, you're certain to get spammed. Just remember that a legitimate market research firm will not endorse a product or service, they are supposed to be unbiased. Third, read the privacy policy if you have any concerns. The majority of the sites out there are legitimate and will only email you if there is a survey available or if there is important information they need to notify you of.

Question: Should you pay for a database of paid survey sites?

Answer: No. There are several reasons why you shouldn't pay a dime to take online surveys. First, with a little effort you'll be able to find all of the sites yourself - free. There are a lot of free sites that have pretty good lists and also a few really good free sites out there that have comprehensive free paid survey directories with hundreds of listings. Secondly, market research firms are actually prohibited from charging people to participate in surveys and frown upon anyone who does.

Question: Can I get rich just by taking online surveys?

Answer: I've had so many people ask me if there are going to be able to retire by taking online surveys. Well, that's just not going to happen. Where it is possible to make a decent amount of money by making referrals or by running a survey related website, you're just not going to be making a full-time salary by simply taking surveys. There are a lot of sites out there advertising that you can make thousands of dollars per week or make $45 dollars and hour for taking online surveys (you can actually make $45 dollars an hour for a particular survey, but you won't always make that much and it may only be a 10 minute survey).

Question: How much can I make?

Answer: That's really hard to say. It really depends on a number of factors. How many sites did you sign-up with? How often do you take the surveys you are invited to take? What is your demographic? Etc… But I won't just leave you hanging at that. I would say, if you sign-up for a number of survey sites, take the majority of the surveys you are invited to and are not limited in life experience, you could make perhaps $1,000 to $2,000 a year in cash or something equivalent. Mostly you will get smaller payments ($1.00 to $10.00) for a survey but I've seen them pay as much as $200. Treat this as extra cash, not a career. You can easily make enough to take the family out for dinner, buy a few extras, get a few nice things for around the house or save it all for your Christmas shopping.

Question: So, is it worth it?

Answer: Yes, I think so. Whereas, it's not going to make you filthy rich, it's certainly an easy and fun way to make a few extra bucks. I find the surveys to be enjoyable to participate in and for the time spent, the compensation is pretty good.

If you cut through the hype and know what to look for, online surveys can be an enjoyable way to make some extra money. While most guys focus on building muscle and tone in their chest and arms thinking these are they key areas that attract women's attention many forget to do butt exercises for men and end up with either a flabby set of buttocks or sometimes a flat bum with no musculature at all which is not optimal to look good or feel good.

1. Squats
Squats are one of the best exercises you can do or your bum and for everything else too ... when at the gym you can load weight as well but this is not essential if you are just targeting your rear. Technique is the most vital part of doing a squat so make sure that you keep your back straight and stare straight ahead while tightening those butt muscles hard along with your core muscles as you descend and ascend. It is this tight focus as you do squats that will exercise the bum and also many other muscles releasing growth hormones while you do it which happens with an all body exercise like this.

2. Lunges
After squats, lunges are probably the best for shaping the butt. Lunges are performed by placing one foot forward while you bend at the knee with the other. To make the lunges do more and produce better results for the butt muscles, do them either with a barbell across your shoulders or when holding dumbbells by your sides.

3. Raised-Leg Curls
Get down on all fours on the floor wearing an ankle weight on your left foot. Raise your left leg to about butt level and extend it straight, away from your body and roughly parallel to the floor.




Curl your heel toward your butt until your lower leg is perpendicular to the floor. Keep your thigh parallel to the ground. Your thigh shouldn''t move much—all the movement is done below the knee. Don''t sway your body or arch your back, and concentrate on the contraction in your butt. Do one to three sets of 8 to 12 reps for each leg.

Why so Many Traders Fail at Forex

Today, normal men like you and i set out to build our financial empires by conquering markets throught the force of self. The blood soaked battlefields of yesterday have made way for the cash soaked commercial battlefields of today, with the large private armies of Family warlords making way for large pools of family capital. Just as armies were needed to shape empires of the past, so too is capital needed today in order to put modern commercial plans of conquest into action.

In there, lies the reason as to why many forex traders fail. They go into battle risking too many soldiers (capital) and without the knowledge of tactics needed to win the fight.

Lets look at that again. 1. They risk too much capital, 2. They do not understand Forex markets.

Many traders both successful and miserable have made these mistakes, the main reason for me writing this article is so you can learn this lesson here and do not have to make this mistake and lose money, or at the very least be cautious enough to minimise your losses.

No general will risk a majority of his men in a battle that he has no plan for and where he has no idea about his enemy. So my question to you is, why would you risk your capital in market conditions you know nothing about? Luckily two remedies exist for the forex general who finds himself in this situation.

1. Make it a rule to only risk 1% of your capital in any one trade. This is to minimise your losses.

2. Educate yourself so you can recognise your chance to strike but also recognise when it is neccessary to withdraw. Learn to read the conditions of the forex battlefield. Great generals of the past would spend years learning battlefield tactics, luckily we can achieve this in a couple of months.

So in summary only risk 1% of your capital in any trade, and educate yourself about how forex markets work.
